Katie purchased Casa Bianca in July 2025 and renamed it Poppy's Bridal (after her granddad). She owns a bridal shop in Lubbock, Texas called Lillie's Bridal (named after her grandma!). While that is her hometown, Katie and her family love vacationing in Colorado and hope to spend as much time in Littleton as possible. She has been in bridal for 10 years and loves working with brides!

Emma is a 4th generation Coloradan who has been in the bridal industry for 5 years! She is the heartbeat of Poppy's and our brides and staff are lucky to have her! Emma was a corporate marketing girly until she realized her heart was in working with brides! She has grown from being a bridal stylist to becoming our store manager! She is experienced, funny, kind, and you're always guaranteed a good time when you work with her.
